Accuracy of Orders:
We strive for accuracy in every order. If there are any errors such as incorrect products, quantity discrepancies, pricing errors, or damages, please report them within 5 business days of receiving your package. To report a defective or damaged item, please provide photographic evidence and send it via email to our customer service.
Returns are accepted for items in full, unopened cases with original packaging within 45 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for opened products that do not fit properly. We recommend ordering a sample pack prior to ordering a pack of masks to assure optimal fit. This return policy applies to both U.S. and Canadian customers.

- If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or there was an error on our part, Alliant Biotech will cover the return shipping costs. We will issue a return shipping label for you to use.
- Send the item back in its original packaging using the provided shipping label.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is in suitable physical condition, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-5 days after the refund is initiated. Please note that international transactions may experience delays in refund processing. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.
