Absorbest Super Foam
The DryMax Absorbest Super Foam is specifically designed for the effective management of exuding wounds. Manufactured by Absorbest AB in Sweden, this wound dressing combines superabsorbent properties with a soft adhesive surface, ensuring efficient and gentle application.
Key Features:
- High Absorption Capacity: Capable of handling both small and large volumes of wound fluid. The maximum free swell absorption capacity is 1.8 ml per cm².
- Soft Adhesive Contact Surface: Facilitates easy application, repositioning, and removal and promotes secure placement during dressing changes.
- Prevents Maceration: Maintains a desirable moisture balance in the wound area, effectively transporting exudate into the dressing’s core.
- Hydrophobic Backing: The blue hydrophobic backing minimizes the risk of fluid strike-through.
- Compatible with Compression Therapy: Designed to work effectively with compression therapy.
