Ordering Processing:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9AM-12PM EST. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. Please allow two business days for order processing. Any expected holiday delays will be announced on our website homepage prior to the date of the holiday.

Shipping:
We ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are dependent on the method selected by the customer and are calculated based on the shipping address provided. An order confirmation will be sent via email. Once processing is complete, an email with tracking information will be sent.
