Ordering Processing:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9AM-12PM EST. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. Please allow two business days for order processing. Any expected holiday delays will be announced on our website homepage prior to the date of the holiday.

Shipping:
We ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates are dependent on the method selected by the customer and are calculated based on the shipping address provided. An order confirmation will be sent via email. Once processing is complete, an email with tracking information will be sent. Please note that shipping to locations outside the contiguous United States may be subject to extended shipping times.

International Shipping Note: Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees associated with the delivery (Delivered Duty Unpaid, DDU).
